The candidates should have occurred minimum Eligibility of marks prescribed for B.Pharm. for the relevant community with a pass in D.Pharm (Two years course).
(iii) Candidates should have completed 500/750 hours of practical training on or before 31.5.2010 and should have obtained the provisional certificate for having passed the Diploma Examination.

Post Basic B.Sc., (Nursing):-
(i) Candidates belonging to all categories should have passed Diploma in Nursing Examination with a pass in the Higher Secondary or Senior Secondary or Intermediate or 10+ 2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the University.
(ii) Candidates should have obtained a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and registered as R.N.R.M. with the State Nurses Registration Council.
(iii) They should have put in a minimum of two years of experience on or before 31.5.2010 as a nurse in any Government Hospital/Institution or other Hospitals subsequent to completion of the course.
(iv) Service candidates should send their application through the head of the Medical College Hospital/Institution in which they are presently working.
(v) Service candidates serving in Tamil Nadu Medical Service on a regular basis should have completed two years of continuous service as on 31.5.2010.
(vi) Candidates who are serving purely under temporary category in Tamil Nadu Medical Service will be considered for selection under open quota as non-service candidates only.

For Admission to M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Arch./ MBA (Infrastructure Management) Course (Full-Time) : Course is open for

i) Candidates who have passed the prescribed Qualifying Examinations as specified in the brochure with not less than 50% of the marks in aggregate of all the semesters / years of the degree examination (cumulative sum of secured marks of all the semesters / years divided by the sum of the maximum marks). However, in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and CAT-1, marks shall not be less than 45 %.
ii) Candidates who have appeared for the qualifying examination and expecting the result within the last date as prescribed by the PGCET cell.

For Admission to M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Arch. (Part-Time): in addition to the qualification prescribed above, the candidates must have worked for not less than three years (after qualifying examination, experience is considered up to the date of notification ie 17-5-2010) in an establishment and must be working in an organization situated within a radial distance of 40 km from the institution in which the candidate seeks admission. However, the employer has to fill-up the NOC duly signed by the competent authority which is in item No. 15 of the application form.

All the columns in the application form should be filled in. Recent passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should be pasted on the application form in the space provided for it.

Further the following columns of the identity card attached below the application should also be filled in, affixing the photo in the space provided for it.

The filled in application form should be accompanied by the following:

For B.P.Ed.
Graduate degree in Physical Education (e.g., B.Sc. (P.E., H.E. & Sports) or B.P.E.) of three years duration with at least 45% marks in aggregate. Or
Graduate Degree with at last 45% marks and having represented State/University in sports/games/athletics at Sr. National-state/Inter-varsity Championship. Or
Graduate degree securing at least 45% marks and having studied physical education as one of the subjects securing at least 50% marks in physical education at graduate level. Or

Graduate degree securing at least45%marks in aggregate and who has been member of teams securing Ist and / or 2nd position in Inter-collegiate sports/games tournaments or Ist, 2nd or 3rd individual position in individual/dual events or possessing NCC 'C' certificate.

Graduate with at least 45% marks and with one year Diploma in Coaching from NSNIS, one year course in Sports science, Sports management, Sports coaching, Yoga, Olympic education, Sports journalism, etc. All Degree/Diplomas for the courses mentioned should be awarded by UGC recognized universities.

Age. Candidate should be at least of 20 years of age as on 01.10.2010

B.Sc. (P.E., H.E. & Sports) Part-I
Candidate seeking admission to B.Sc. (P.E., H.E. & Sports) Part-I course must have passed Class XII Examination of t Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, or an examination recognized as equivalent there to with at least 45% marks in the aggregate, (The aggregate marks will be determined on the basis of the language and three best subjects).
How To Apply
Before filling in the application form, candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully and ensure their eligibility for admission, as per the conditions laid down in the prospectus.

Candidates are required to apply on the prescribed application form only. The application form along with the Attendance Card should be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting using a ball point pen. Incomplete applications shall be rejected, without assigning any further reasons.
