1. FABRIC QUALITY 9

Quality control of fabrics – defects in fabrics – acceptance criteria – fabric inspection system – concept of special fabric finishing in garment units

2. PRODUCTION PROCESS 9

Types of control forms – basic production systems – Principles for choosing a production system – evaluating systems –flow process and grid charts – basic flow process grid construction – flow process grid for production control – scheduling calculations graph method – schedules for producing many styles simultaneously – producing many styles continuously in one line.

3. QUALITY CONTROL 9
Quality control of sewing threads and accessories - Quality control in pattern making, grading and marking - marker efficiency – Quality control in cutting – stitching - - production system analysis.

4. SEAMS 9
Seams – Seam types , Standards for evaluating seam types, Seam finishes and standards for evaluating seam finishes.

5. FINISHING AND PACKING 9
Quality control in finishing & packing - Tolerance for finished products – thread less finishing – standards for evaluating garment sewing process – visual applications evaluation.
