1. Explain the steps involved in research process.
2. What is Sampling? Distinguish between Random and Non-Random sampling.
3. Illustrate different types of scales used in Measurement concepts.
4. Write a note on the functions of pilot study and state different reasons for why
pilot study is desirable.
5. Describe the concept of editing and coding in transforming raw data into
information in data processing.
6. Distinguish between personal and telephonic interview and their merits and
demerits.
7. The following is the time taken by two groups of workers in performing a job
